One case per move-out. Capture the key info once, then let Zelica do the repetitive prep work and queue the next action for your approval.

How it works
  1. Add a case and enter the move-out details (address, date, suppliers, meter reads; gas only if enabled). Missing fields show up in Next Action.
  2. Draft + send the tenant change email to the supplier. Zelica drafts it, you approve it, and it gets sent. Meter photos are attached and stored with the case.
  3. Replies are captured and summarised into the case as notes, with a suggested next step for you to approve.
  4. No reply after 7 days? Zelica prompts you to send a chaser (it drafts it; you approve).
  5. Close the case when done — status updates to Closed and the full timeline stays saved as your evidence pack.
