- Add a case and enter the move-out details (address, date, suppliers, meter reads; gas only if enabled). Missing fields show up in Next Action.
- Draft + send the tenant change email to the supplier. Zelica drafts it, you approve it, and it gets sent. Meter photos are attached and stored with the case.
- Replies are captured and summarised into the case as notes, with a suggested next step for you to approve.
- No reply after 7 days? Zelica prompts you to send a chaser (it drafts it; you approve).
- Close the case when done — status updates to Closed and the full timeline stays saved as your evidence pack.
